Dragon I, a private limited company, initiated with a desire to have holiday homes in the calm mountains to beat the heat, is being managed by Col Ravi Pathania, a retired army colonel, and his family members. With a strong vision to develop into a prominent chain of resorts, the company also has a mission to provide its guests “a perfect, everlasting home experience” during their stay in Dragon I resorts.

Besides the daily run business, the company also feels responsible to the society and undertakes initiative to limit the use of plastics within its premises. The company also feels strongly against child labour and enforces no employment of child labour in its business operations.
